Just came back from Bal en Blanc..
Markus' set was HUUUUGE!
And I finally got my "Coldharbour Recordings" T-Shirt signed! 8-)
I was able to get up around 6:30am EST and was listening to Markus's set while laying in bad with the headphones. But I may have dozed off, So I may or may have not heard the whole thing.
I have to agree with Rob, it seems like Markus was all over the place this morning and at TE2010. One of the things that sets him apart from most DJs is the build-up / journey he takes you on. Especially with a three hour set...
He definitely did in in Miami a couple of weeks ago. But I ono...these last two sets don't seem like they flow as well as the typical Markus set I've become accustomed to, ya know?
I can see how him only playing for like 75 minutes at TE2010 can put that out of whack, just not enough time to go on the typical journey...and I can see how him having the closing duties of a massive 10 hour event like Bal en Blanc can also put a damper on a journey ride.
Hopefully these were isolated incidents!
