!!!!! Who's coming?

I've never been to Montreal, so I'm super excited to visit! (Yet another city that it takes Markus for me to get off my ass and travel hahaha)

Still finalizing what other NYC people are coming with, SAMANTHA will be attending, even if I have to hide her in the trunk of the car across the border.

I really want to find out the set time... I read the club is open from 1 am - 10 am! I want to determine if it's feasible to spend the whole weekend in Montreal and do some sight-seeing.. Instead of driving 1000 miles just to spend the night in one club.. AHAHA jk I'm totally fine with that too.

Any Montreal people been to this venue? What is it like?

There was a lot of Montreal fans in Toronto the other week so it'll be fun to party with them in their hometown!! hahaha. Definitely gotta respect anybody that travels ridiculous amounts for shows.

I attended Markus' gigs before at Red-Lite and they were super great. He played some exclusive tunes that destroyed the place. :o

I strongly suggest you spend a night a Stereo too which is possibly the best after-hours club in the world, newly renovated, and the best sound system you'll ever hear.. Eargasms guaranteed 8-)

Markus should definitely play there soon. It used to be one of his favorite clubs!

It is going to be for sure the event of the year (the set played in Toronto was wicked too)
Redlite is really an underground club, there ii literally nothing around it, it is just like a warehouse. What makes it cool is that there's no alcohol served, so everyone is there just for the music.

I'd say you spend the whole weekend in Montreal, there are lots of places you can visit, and as Mike said, you can check out the world class Stereo.

Looking forward to meeting some NY Coldharbour citizens 8-)

Who else is coming then? It's only a week left before Markus plays in one of his favorite cities in the world, we need some excitement :)

Looks like there will be two others playing so not a pure markus set but hopefully still long! :D Does anyone have any recommendations on hotels near the club?

Ahhhh finally rested up after our Montreal roadtrip :D Drove 7 hours Friday after getting out of work, got to Montreal in time for a beer and a shower and then club from 2-8am.. Slept 2 hours, watched Germany kick Argentina's ass and then got back to NYC for 7pm and passed out hahaha. But of course, worth it as always.
Markus was awesome, he ended up playing for a little over 3 and a half hours but played A LOT of the tracks I wanted to hear :) :) My friend Jessica (amjs on the forums) and I are working on a tracklist which we'll finish up later.

I only took a few of the club, but haven't uploaded them yet. I'll post with the tracklist when we finish :)

He played, I'd say, 85% of the tracks that we featured in his GDJB world tour Moscow.

It was a very good night.
Looking forward to the next Montreal night from Schulz
